RALEIGH, N.C. (WECT) – Republican leaders in North Carolina’s General Assembly announced Tuesday they had reached an agreement on a spending plan for the 2022-23 fiscal year. Known as the 2022 Appropriations Act, House Bill 103 is on the calendar to be taken up in the state senate on Thursday, June 30.
