Enso Movement is a gym in Raleigh, NC that specializes in parkour, freerunning, and martial arts tricking. The gym is an indoor training ground for athletes to learn how to move and build strength and skills. The gym offers classes for youth, teens, and adults, day camps, birthday parties, open gym times, private coaching, etc. Co-owner Alan Tran is the head parkour coach and has been practicing parkour since 2006. Tran has organized and taught at a variety of conferences across the nation within the parkour community. To keep track of the progression of technique the gym uses a wristband level system much like the belt system. Wristbands are earned in sequential order and are required for the class.
