A pioneer of the reinvented farm-to-table southern hospitality, Irregardless has managed The Glenwood since January 2015 and has nourished folks at its Café since 1975.  Long before concepts like ‘green’ and ‘sustainable’ became buzzwords, founding Chef Arthur Gordon was sourcing local produce, welcoming patrons with live musical entertainment nightly and offering a strong sense of community.
